Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are considered confirmed once full or partial payment has been made, as indicated in the purchase process. The client will receive a receipt with all the details of the contracted service. 2. Cancellations and Changes by the Client: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the service will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be non-refundable. Date or name changes are permitted at no additional cost up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. 3. Cancellations or Changes by the Provider: In the event of adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or operational reasons, the service may be rescheduled free of charge or the client will be offered a full refund, depending on their preference. 4. Service Guarantee: We are committed to providing quality, timely, and secure service. We only work with certified suppliers who comply with legal, logistical, and security standards. 5. Customer Responsibility: Customers must arrive at the indicated location and time and comply with security recommendations. Failure to comply with these conditions could affect service delivery, with no right to a refund. 6. Purchase Security Guarantee: All payments are made through secure platforms.
